 Gloria Dei is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The ELCA includes over 5 million people, and is the largest Lutheran denomination in the United States. Gloira Dei is a part of the Northern Great Lakes Synod, made up of 94 congregations in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and five counties in northern Wisconsin. Our bishop is Pastor Thomas Skrenes. The synod offices are located in Marquette, Michigan. |
